FiiZK is well underway with the construction of closed waiting cage for Salmosea in Rørvik.

The floating collar measures 27x70m and comes with a spacious platform on one side that will house the technical room, emergency power unit and integrated sludge buffer tank.

The production volume is closer to 12,000m3 and will be able to hold 700 tonnes of salmon for sanitary slaughter (lice, PD, ILA).

The wastewater is properly disinfected by pre-filtration and UV.

The pictures shows the reception of the floating collar sections at Kråkøya Kysthavn and preparation for assembly, as well as two of our guys getting ready for welding on closed cage tarpaulins, which is produced at our factories in Trøndelag.
